In a matter of great pride for us, Sharpedge Technologies was declared runners-up in the Siemens Tech Champs 2025 competition, in the Sustainability category. We were awarded for our Seinumero Nirman Private Limited project, underscoring our ability to deploy cutting-edge solutions and enable our clients to Do More With Less, by improving their machining productivity and reducing associated costs. Crucial to these successes are our collaborations with world-leading partners like Siemens. The Tech Champs 2025 award is a testament to the quality and adaptability of technologies like Siemens Adaptive Control and Monitoring (ACM) Suite to support sustainability goals like lowering carbon footprint.

Client: Seinumero Nirman Pvt. Ltd.
The Brief: We were tasked with addressing the client’s pain points of enhancing productivity, reducing spindle stoppages due to tool breakages (lowering disruption time), and improving tool life.
The solution we deployed: We leveraged the Siemens Adaptive Control and Monitoring (ACM) Suite, a powerful tool for increasing productivity, reducing scrap, heightening process stability, and minimizing production disruptions.
The outcomes we realized: By implementing the ACM Suite on the client’s ACE -LT-30 shell body-producing machine, we achieved a reduction in cutting time by 65 seconds. The client’s production went up by 21,600 components/year, translating to a total value addition of INR 43.20 lakh in annual sales turnover.
